Substantial goals for this area of responsibility:
▪ Achieve and exceed leasing and sales targets across multiple sites.
▪ Enhance the overall customer experience and improve property performance regarding sales
and leasing.
▪ Maintain a closing ratio of at least 33% and score a minimum of 85% on shopping reports.
▪ Conduct all business in accordance with company policies, Fair Housing, ADA, and other
relevant laws.
▪ Ensure clean move-ins, complete unit inspections, and provide move-in gifts as appropriate.
Actions:
▪ Warmly greet visitors, prospective renters, and current residents.
▪ Conduct property tours, showcase available units, and highlight amenities at multiple sites.
▪ Utilize persuasive sales techniques to secure lease agreements and exceed sales goals.
▪ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for attracting and retaining
residents.
▪ Proactively address resident inquiries, concerns, and requests to ensure a positive living
experience.
▪ Complete weekly activity summaries and time logs, submitting them to the direct supervisor.
▪ Maintain confidentiality regarding property-related matters, ownership, and resident
information.
▪ Coordinate move-ins, conduct unit inspections, and ensure necessary repairs or cleaning are
completed.
▪ Provide excellent customer service throughout the leasing process.
▪ Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract renters.

▪ Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to secure leases, meet sales objectives, and achieve a high
closing ratio of 33%.
